As far as Southbank restaurants go, Hophaus provides a truly unique experience.

With an expansive art deco-inspired dining hall, a glazed polychrome brick centrepiece bier bar and an open rotisserie-fired kitchen, you will quickly agree that Hophaus delivers on its mission to make you and your belly happy with its delicious German & European inspired menu, and warm, contemporary surrounds.

The menu provides generous helpings of house-smoked meats, wood-fired oven and rotisserie delicacies, along with delicious contemporary twists on classic German and European favourites.

From 11.30am, take a seat and order small snacks and classic mains from our bar menu. Alternatively, from Midday let our staff find you a table in our Bistro for substantial dishes, platters and desserts. An incredible speciality is the whole suckling pig, smoked and slow roasted over the coal pit – perfect for group bookings and functions.
